All orders are dispatched from the vault within 2–3 business days, fully insured and discreetly packaged. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days; international 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes are calculated transparently at checkout based on your destination.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged and returned with its certificate of authenticity and original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact our concierge with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece has been received and re-inspected.
